Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale energy efficiency program for a major utility client in Pennsylvania. You will steer all phases from inception through completion, primarily through your team, and serve as the main client-facing leader.

You will own the program's cost, forecast, contracts, and performance, coordinate budgets, and guide a cross-functional team of 50+ professionals across technical, marketing, operations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience directing large cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the client program from inception through completion.
• Own program cost, implementation, and performance including forecasting and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinate business plans, budgets, and contract terms.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead program reviews.
• Direct a cross-functional program team across technical, marketing, operations, and analytics.
