Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a senior reliability/maintenance leader in Charlotte, NC. You will own CNC and process equipment reliability, align with maintenance supervisors, and spearhead rapid root-cause analyses across controls, mechanics, and interfaces.

Qualifications

At least 10 years in manufacturing with strong CNC, PLC, and process equipment expertise.
Demonstrated root cause analysis ability.
Professional English, excellent people skills, and the presence to present at all organizational levels.
Willing to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and internationally.
AutoCAD or Siemens NX drafting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects that integrate outside vendors to boost equipment performance and reliability.
Develop data-driven recommendations on repair, replacement, or upgrade based on lifecycle economics and operational impact.
Implement proactive maintenance strategies on critical assets to cut risk and downtime.
Prepare precise specifications and purchase requisitions, ensuring the right parts and systems are identified and sourced.
Expand and steward vendor partnerships for project integration and service repairs.
