The role focuses on keeping CNC grinding operations reliable while driving predictive maintenance programs and data-driven improvements. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a machining maintenance/reliability role, CMMS experience, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in a maintenance/reliability engineering role in a machining environment.
• Experience with a CMMS system.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CNC grinding machine reliability.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures.
• Manage CMMS work orders and records.
• Optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Lead maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams.
