Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a highly experienced reliability and maintenance leader for CNC and process equipment in the United States. You will own end-to-end root-cause analysis, diagnose complex issues across controls, mechanics, and processes, and align with maintenance leadership to drive rapid, data-driven improvements.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal customers to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ten years in manufacturing with CNC, PLC and process equipment expertise.
• Demonstrated root cause analysis ability; ability to lead cross functional projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and internationally.
• Professional English and effective communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for CNC machinery, spin-balance facilities, and process equipment; diagnose issues quickly and restore capability.
• Lead cross-functional projects that integrate outside vendors to boost equipment performance and reliability.
• Develop data-driven recommendations on repair, replacement, or upgrade based on lifecycle economics and operational impact.
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies on critical assets to cut risk and downtime.
• Prepare precise specifications and purchase requisitions, sourcing right parts and systems.
• Expand vendor partnerships for project integration and service repairs; manage existing service providers.
