Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical systems and machine controls.
• Experience with multi-axis alignment and geometry adjustment.
• Skilled in laser alignment calibrations and machine calibration services.
• Able to read blueprints, create sketches, and develop scopes of work.
• Knowledge of Siemens 840D, FANUC, and Allen-Bradley controls for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance projects on production machines.
• Analyze technical problems on-site and perform repairs on mechatronic systems.
• Execute ramp-up, setup, and start procedures for operations.
• Support installation projects and assist Industrial Engineers in achieving goals.
• Document and maintain records of maintenance and calibration results.
