Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC operation and programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines according to job specifications.
• Write and modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software.
• Read drawings and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform first article inspections and maintain calibration records.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and CAM templates.
• Mentor CNC Operators and drive process improvements.
