United Precision Corporation in Washougal, WA is seeking a Sr. CNC Machinist to independently set up and operate CNC lathes and mills. You will mentor Machinist I–III, support process improvements, and ensure quality and customer expectations are met.

The role follows a 3×12 schedule (Fri-Sun), with Mon–Thu off. Requirements include 8+ years of CNC experience, strong GD&T, and precision metrology skills; aerospace/defense exposure and CAM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years CNC machining experience.
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Set up CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines.
• Read complex engineering drawings and process docs.
• Apply GD&T to determine setup and inspection needs.
• Select tooling and setups for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement and mentoring.
