HYSON is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Technician to program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts to specification. This role turns engineering drawings into accurate machining programs and verifies that finished parts meet customer requirements.

You will work with engineering and leadership to simplify setups, train others, and keep production running smoothly. The role requires hands-on programming, trial runs, and ongoing quality checks to reduce

Qualifications

• 5+ years' machinist experience operating CNC machines.
• 2+ years writing and editing advanced CNC programs.
• Proficient with 4+ axis CNC machines.
• Swiss-style lathe experience preferred.
• Experience with CAM software; Esprit a plus.
• Ability to read drawings with GD&T.
• Use of precision measuring tools (gage, Faro Arm).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities; mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Analyze drawings and write CNC programs to print with minimal rework.
• Prove out and revise programs through trial runs and first article inspection.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to meet quality and delivery.
• Inspect parts with gages and measure against specs.
• Troubleshoot machine and program issues; request repairs.
• Document actions and communicate across shifts.
• Train others on setups, programs, and procedures.
