Job summary

You will develop CNC programs, set up operations, test runs, and work with teams to optimize processes while meeting QA standards and ITAR requirements.

You will interpret drawings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed records of changes and production outcomes, ensuring safety and quality in every operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in CNC programming.
• Proficient in Master CAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SolidCAM.
• Strong understanding of different controls (FANUC, HAAS, MAZATROL).
• Familiarity with lathes and mills; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create and plan setup for CNC operations, including tools and fixtures for programs.
• Assist setup operators in verifying and adjusting CNC programs.
• Set up and configure CNC machines, including loading materials and selecting tools.
• Conduct test runs and adjust for accuracy and precision.
• Troubleshoot machine performance and output quality.
• Collaborate with machinists, operations, engineering, and design teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain records of programming changes and machine settings.
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed.
• Provide technical support and training for operators.
