United Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC programs and tooling plans for our manufacturing client in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on supporting production operations, driving efficiency, quality, and safety improvements, and enabling cost-reduction opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong machining and programming skills, contribute to tooling and process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement CNC programs and tooling plans for production requirements.
• Maintain accurate CNC program revisions and ensure updates are available to manufacturing teams.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate projects to improve production processes and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide technical training to professional and hourly staff.
• Research and promote new manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Support production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure quality output.
• Promote use of SmartCAM software and continuous improvement initiatives.
