Enprotech is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to translate blueprints into precise machine commands and ensure high-quality parts. You will develop G-code, select tools, set up machines, and troubleshoot programs in a fast-paced metal forming environment.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of CNC lathe/mill programming experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize production.

Formación

• Five years of CNC lathe/mill programming experience.
• Blueprint reading is required with a high level of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Interpreting blueprints and designs to determine final tolerances.
• Developing CNC programs with G-code by specifying toolpaths, speeds, and feeds.
• Selecting cutting tools and fixtures based on material and geometry.
• Setting up CNC machines including tool selection and clamping.
• Testing programs, debugging errors, and adjusting machine parameters as needed.
• Staying current with CNC technology and programming languages.
• Maintaining tooling inventories and documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers and machinists for efficient production.
