Job summary

PPS-HPS is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join our growing precision manufacturing team in Ohio. You will program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis mill-turns to produce high-quality components.

You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and conduct first-piece and in-process inspections while optimizing cycles and reducing setup times. The role offers strong growth and advancement opportunities in a modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong CNC programming and setup skills.
• Experience with turning, milling, and multi-axis machining.
• Proficiency with CAM software, G-code, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
