Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AS preferred in machine tool tech.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Knowledge of Forklift, Overhead crane, CNC, EDM, Wire, Welding, manual mill, lathe and grinder; Mold/Die troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and operate CNC Milling Machine, Lathe, EDM and Wire.
• Use CAD/CAM software to create or modify data for CNC programs.
• Operate manual machines (Mill, Lathe, Saw, Drill or Grinder) when necessary.
• Maintain proper paperwork: machine log, work order, inspection sheet.
• Observe 5S daily.
• Report any problem with machinery to Supervisor or Part Leader.
• Perform basic daily maintenance to machines.
