Job summary

Jamco Interiors seeks an experienced Programmer for CNC operations in Everett, WA. You will program precision Mill-Turn lathe and 3-4 axis VMC/Horizontal parts from engineered CAD data, and provide setup and work instructions for shop floor personnel.

Role requires 5+ years in CNC mill/programming, experience with Haas/Mori controls and Fanuc G-code, plus strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

Proficient with Esprit 2017 and/or Mastercam programming software.
Understanding of Solidworks, Catia for CAD translations.
5+ yrs CNC Mill operation experience; 5+ yrs programming experience.
Proficient interpretation of drawings, tolerances, GD&T and specs.
Experience with Haas/Mori controls and Fanuc G-code.

Responsibilities

Program for precision Mill-Turn CNC Lathe and 3-4 axis VMC/Horizontal parts from CAD data.
Provide setup and machine program instructions for shop floor personnel.
Interact with Engineering groups on clarifications and design changes.
Verify program performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust as needed.
Update NC processes and part revisions; generate setup instructions.
Supervise/instruct operators on machine tools and inspection when required.
