Job summary

Saige Partners in the Midwest is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, test, and optimize programs for precision components on lathes. You will interpret drawings, select tooling and tooling parameters, and collaborate with shop floor teams to meet strict specs.

You will apply CAD/CAM software, GD&T, and G-code/M-code troubleshooting to improve cycle times and part quality while maintaining high attention to detail and independent work.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot G-code and M-code.
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Solid understanding of tooling and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming experience.
