Job summary

You will work with QA on inspection points, manage program distribution, and collaborate with tooling suppliers to optimize processes. This role requires senior-level CNC programming and machining experience, plus proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks, and Vericut.

Qualifications

• 10+ years CNC programming experience.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Mastercam X6+ (rev 24).
• Experience with SolidWorks and Vericut.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009).

Responsibilities

• Create and revise CNC programs with tool, fixture, and setup requirements.
• Develop tool test programs and implementation plans to improve processes.
• Manage program distribution to the shop floor per policy.
• Collaborate with QA to establish operations and first piece inspection points.
• May review work for lower level programmers.
