Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency with Master CAM, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidCAM.
• Experience with FANUC, HAAS, MAZATROL controls.
• Able to read blueprints and machining drawings.
• Setup, operations and maintenance of CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret CNC programs from engineering drawings.
• Plan setups including tools and fixtures for CNC operations.
• Assist setup operators with new/updated CNC programs.
• Configure CNC machines and load materials.
• Conduct test runs and adjust for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot machine performance and quality issues.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve efficiency.
• Maintain records of programming changes and machine settings.
• Ensure safety protocols and company standards.
• Provide training for operators.
