Our client, an international industrial manufacturer, is looking to add a Sr. CNC Programmer to their team in Lenoir County, NC. This role combines hands‑on CNC programming with helping improve manufacturing processes and workflows as the company brings more machining operations in‑house. They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running: installing equipment, programming machines, making adjustments, and supporting the shop floor. Beyond programming, you’ll help optimize processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to stronger process controls across production. This is a very hands‑on role where you’ll spend about 75% of your time on the shop floor. If you’re looking for a primarily desk‑based role, this may not be the right fit. But if you enjoy variety in your day and want the chance to influence overall operations, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills while making a broader impact on manufacturing processes. With reasonable project timelines and a focus on work‑life balance, this is a role where you can make an impact without feeling burned out.
