Qualifications

• College degree, vocational certificate, or equivalent CNC/CAM programming experience.
• 3+ years minimum in a manufacturing environment utilizing CNC/CAM software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid growth environment.
• Familiarity with MasterCam, PartMaker, SolidWorks, SpaceClaim.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain CNC programs using MasterCam or PartMaker.
• Create tool paths, fixtures, jaws, and 3D models to support manufacturing and inspection.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to support CNC processes.
• Improve tooling technologies, manufacturing strategies, and lean opportunities.
• Develop standard work and instructions for CNC programming.
