You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operators to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality part production. The role requires 8+ years of CNC programming experience, Mastercam proficiency, and the ability to interpret GD&T and complex drawings.

Qualifications

8+ years CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Advanced proficiency with Mastercam CAD/CAM software.
Experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines; DMG pallet changer.
Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, CAD models, and specs.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines and DMG pallet changer-equipped centers.
Interpret drawings, GD&T, CAD models, and specs to develop machining strategies.
Select tools, fixtures, feeds, speeds; verify toolpaths before release.
Support first article production, process validation, and continuous improvements.
