Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 7+ years related CNC experience.
• 5+ years on 3 Axis VMC or HMC CNC machines.
• 5+ years experience on 4 and 5 Axis VMC and HMC CNC machines a plus
• Fundamental understanding of GD&T
• Works independently, follows instructions, and demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Properly uses basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, indicators)
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities

• Set up and machine parts using fixtures or CNC centers per written directions.
• Read production drawings and interpret CAD models.
• Develop and modify CNC programs under supervision.
• Inspect parts in-process and final to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe work area.
