Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking experienced Machine Programmers in Huntsville, AL to design, program, and set up CNC operations for spaceflight hardware. You will develop machining strategies, set up complex multi-axis machines, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a safety-focused environment.

Relocation is provided for multiple positions. Applicants should bring extensive CNC programming expertise, blueprint reading skills, and a proven ability to deliver precision parts using

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 10+ years CNC programming with NX/UG or Mastercam.
• Excellent blueprint reading with GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994.
• Experience with nickel-based alloys and aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Develop machining strategies from design data to produce machined hardware.
• Develop and program mills, lathes, multi-axis machines and tools.
• Design fixtures and setup sheets; communicate with designers and machinists.
• Support process improvements and maintain configuration control on files and records.
