Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a CNC Program Engineer III to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for aerospace fasteners. You will design tooling, support new equipment, and lead process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and cost.

The role requires 5+ years in CNC programming, multi-axis experience, and strong knowledge of tooling and CAM software. Relocation is authorized; ITAR compliance may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-axis turning and milling centers.
• tooling and fixture design experience for complex machining.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and process validation.
• Experience with ERP systems and engineering documentation preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis lathes and mills.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and workholding for complex parts.
• Validate new CNC programs via first-piece checks and trials.
• Lead or support installation and integration of new CNC equipment.
• Train machinists and programmers on new programs and tooling.
