Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs for production equipment and transfer design criteria to machine requirements.
• Develop complex or revised CNC routines for three-axis and multi-axis machining.
• Load software and plan tooling, sequences, and cycles for optimized operations.
• Train operators on new CNC equipment and programs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and quality control to resolve issues.
• Review program outputs for errors and supervise tooling design reviews.
