Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer IV to support a world-renowned energy technology innovator in Greenville, SC. This role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC machining processes for massive, highly engineered components used in power generation.

You will combine advanced CAM programming with digital twin/virtual simulation tools to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across state-of-the-art manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years offline CNC programming experience.
• Strong experience with 4-axis and/or 5-axis CNC operations.
• Proficiency with graphical CAM software; Siemens NX CAM preferred.
• Experience machining high-temperature alloys or heavy structural components.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc, Okuma, Haas).
• Experience with Renishaw probing systems and macro programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced manufacturing process development for complex CNC operations.
• Design, develop, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining.
• Utilize Siemens NX CAM and Vericut for programming and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement and assist equipment integration.
