Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or Machinist Apprentice with 3 years CAM programming experience or High School with 6 years CAM experience.
• Experience creating 5-axis CNC programs using NX or equivalent CAM systems.
• Experience with high-level machine controls including Renishaw probing and CLM.
• Hands-on machinist background with capability to prove out complex first-piece programs.
• Experience on large-format equipment (VTLs/VBMs up to 2.5m) and nickel-based superalloys.

• Design and optimize high-efficiency CNC programs for complex multi-axis setups.
• Use Vericut for virtual prototyping to validate toolpaths before shop floor.
• Develop adaptive probing routines and closed-loop machining processes.
• Integrate new multi-million-dollar machines and establish baseline standards.
• Mentor floor teams, troubleshoot setups, and share knowledge across the team.
• Provide operator training during new/rebuilt machine startups and process improvements.
• Support and implement tooling/fixturing requirements for CNC tools.
