Qualifications

• 3+ years programming with Mastercam (v19+).
• Hands-on CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert blueprint reading, mechanical savvy, and GD&T understanding.
• Comfortable with tooling setup, maintenance, and precision metrology.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Own programming for turning and milling using Mastercam—from prototypes to production.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to validate programs and hit tolerance on first articles.
• Use CMM, micrometers, and bore gauges to verify features and apply GD&T correctly.
• Maintain tooling health, support fabrication when needed, and champion shop safety and quality.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate across programming, machining, and quality.
