Job summary

Reliable Equipment Manufacturing Company is seeking a CNC Lathe (mill turn) and Swiss lathe Programmer to design, program, and maintain lathe processes in a fast-paced shop in Warminster, PA. You will collaborate with production and engineering to optimize machining and tooling, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality parts.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in mill-turn lathe work, 5+ years programming multi-axis lathes, and strong CAM/NC coding skills (PartMaker preferred).

Qualifications

• 7 years+ of mill-turn lathe machining.
• 5+ years programming 2-axis and multi-axis lathes.
• 5+ years setting up and running 2- and multi-axis lathes.
• Strong communication, organization and planning.
• Knowledge of CAM software (PartMaker preferred) and NC coding.

Responsibilities

• Establish, design, maintain and improve machining and work procedures; utilize 2-axis lathes, live-tools lathes and other metalworking machines.
• Work with the Senior programmer to design CNC programs to minimize costs and meet schedules.
• Manage data system to store and retrieve programs and ensure tooling readiness.
• Ensure smooth production runs; collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams.
• Guide operators with programming and tooling knowledge to solve problems.
