Job summary

ATC Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Spokane area team. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes, using CAMWorks and CAD/CAM tools to ensure precision and efficiency.

Strong GD&T reading and blueprint interpretation are essential for high-quality thermoplastic composite components. You will collaborate with engineering on CAD models (SolidWorks/CATIA), maintain documentation, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years demonstrated CNC programming experience.
• Strong CAD/CAM capabilities with SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and apply GD&T tolerances.
• Experience with CAMWorks and multiple 3,4,5 axis machines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing to optimize processes.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and CMM reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for 3,4,5 axis mills and lathes.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T to ensure accuracy.
• Set up machines, select tooling, and run high-precision parts.
• Use CMM and precision instruments to verify dimensions.
• Collaborate with engineering on CAD models for tooling.
• Document programs and process improvements for quality.
