Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technologies or 5+ years of experience programming complex precision parts.
• High level proficiency with Mastercam programming software and experience writing complex CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, tolerances, and specifications to generate CNC programs.
• Review manufacturing processes for machined parts and improve efficiency.
• Prepare setup instructions for milling operations following FMI ISO work instructions.
• Generate programs and manage probing, engraving, and special instructions.
