FM Industries, Inc. is a premier manufacturing solutions provider for the semiconductor capital equipment market, located in Tempe, AZ. We seek a skilled CNC programmer to develop complex 2- to 5-axis programs using Mastercam, improving machining efficiencies and documenting setup instructions.

You will work with Mill/Lathe programming teams, train staff on Mastercam capabilities, and help implement best-known methods. Strong math, CAD/CAM literacy, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technologies or 5-7 years of experience programming complex precision parts.
• High level proficiency with Mastercam and experience writing complex CNC programs with high-speed machining techniques.
• Thorough understanding of probing systems and integration for process and tool monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, tolerances, and design data to generate complex CNC programs.
• Review and collaborate in development of detailed manufacturing processes for machined parts.
• Plan and document fixtures with setup and machining instructions for repetitive parts.
