Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead 3-shift CNC manufacturing operations. You will oversee CNC production, frontline teams, and drive uptime, quality, and safety.

You will manage schedules, staffing, KPIs, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and corrective actions across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
