Aerospace Contacts LLC in Gilbert, AZ seeks a seasoned CNC Machinist Leader to guide programs on multi-axis Swiss machines and multi-axis lathes. You will optimize tooling, feeds and speeds, and drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and defects.

You will mentor machinists, interpret complex drawings, and implement Lean practices across production cells to ensure high-quality parts are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years machining experience with CNC Swiss and multi-axis lathes.
• Academic or technical training in machining is preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAM outputs.

Responsabilités

• Lead CNC Machinists who program, set up, and operate multi-axis Swiss machines and lathes to produce tight-tolerance parts.
• Interpret complex drawings, CAD models, GD&T, and specs.
• Drive shop-floor efficiency and lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, SMED).
• Specify tooling, feeds, speeds, and monitor wear and offsets.
• Create and maintain SOPs, setup sheets, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and machining teams to improve part flow.
