Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a Swiss Machining Process Lead to guide a skilled team in Swiss screw machines and multi-axis CNC lathes. You will optimize tooling, feeds and speeds, and drive continuous improvement for tighter tolerances and faster throughput across shifts.

The role requires deep hands-on capability, strong GD&T and CAM skills, and a track record of reducing cycle times while maintaining quality. Onsite first shift with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of machining experience on CNC Swiss and multi-axis CNC lathes.
• Proven track record leading shop-floor continuous improvement, including 5S, Lean, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience machining stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, copper.
• Strong G-code/M-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam).
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to CNC machinists programming, setting up, and running Swiss screw machines and multi-axis CNC lathes producing tight tolerances.
• Train and mentor machinists on setups and process controls.
• Serve as escalation point for G-code issues, tool wear, chatter, and dimensional drift during live runs.
