Global Recruiters of Scottsdale is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist for a precision aerospace environment. The role involves developing and optimizing CNC programs, supporting setups, and ensuring parts meet strict drawings and quality specs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of CNC programming and machining, with strong Mastercam and GibbsCAM proficiency, plus hands-on Swiss CNC experience and ERP familiarity with JobBOSS.

Formación

• 6+ years of CNC programming and machining experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Mastercam and GibbsCAM; capable of independent machining strategy creation.
• Experience with Swiss CNC machines, multi-axis equipment, and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs (Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and toolpaths from drawings and specs.
• Program and support Swiss CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other multi-axis equipment.
• Plan machining sequences, select tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters; set work offsets.
• Prove out programs via simulation and first cycles; support first articles and inspection.
