Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a seasoned CNC Process Specialist to lead Swiss and multi-axis turning operations onsite in Gilbert, AZ. You will guide a team of machinists, optimize toolpaths, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

The role requires 12+ years of machining experience, strong GD&T, G-code, CAM skills (Mastercam), and a proven track record in 5S/Lean. Onsite first-shift position with compensation $90,000–$115,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of machining experience on CNC Swiss and multi-axis CNC lathes.
• Proven track record leading shop-floor continuous improvement, including 5S, Lean, root-cause analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience machining stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and copper.
• Strong working knowledge of G-code/M-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam).
• Advanced blueprint reading and a strong command of GD&T.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with people across the organization.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Machining, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for CNC Swiss and multi-axis turning operations.
• Mentor machinists on setups, processes, and controls to reduce cycle times.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, SMED) and kaizen events.
• Estimate machining time and costs for quotes; prepare SOPs and setup sheets.
