Job summary

Cintal in the United States seeks a skilled CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer to lead programming and troubleshooting for new capital equipment introductions.

You will be hands-on with machines, set up processes, and train technicians as processes mature; you will document new processes and lead tooling/fixturing investigations.

Candidates typically have a Bachelor's in engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus readiness to work on-site in Kentucky with visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Experience with CNC operation and programming is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital (machining assets) introduction.
• Hands on, rundown on machine and setup (become the process expert).
• Provide training support for technicians once mfg process is in place.
• Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.
• Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.
