L&T Technology Services is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer 4 to support manufacturing and machining operations in a production environment. The role emphasizes improving production efficiency, quality, equipment utilization, and overall process performance through strong process development and CNC capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on machining, CNC programming, and CAD-based design.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; comparable experience may be considered.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing and machining environment.
• Experience with CNC programming and process development.
• Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Experience with CAD or engineering-related software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and production standards.
• Analyze time, motion, methods, and machine utilization to improve production efficiency.
• Support CNC programming and machining process development.
• Create and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, blueprints, schematics, and technical reports.
• Review production records, processing sheets, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing data, charts, graphs, and reports to identify process deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend changes to operating methods, material handling, equipment layouts, and production processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated manufacturing cells.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Establish and improve production standards while maintaining required quality levels.
• Evaluate equipment capabilities and recommend modifications to improve production performance.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to manufacturing and production personnel.
