Job summary

FP Developments, Inc. is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist with at least 10 years of experience to join our Williamstown, NJ shop. The role focuses on programming, setting up, and running Haas mills and lathes with precision and independence.

You will develop complex toolpaths in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks), read blueprints with GD&T, and maintain high-quality standards through meticulous inspection and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
• Expertise with Haas mills and lathes.
• Proficient CAD/CAM programming using modern software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes independently.
• Create and modify toolpaths using CAD/CAM software.
• Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers and gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
