You will use InventorCAM, Fusion360, or MastercamX9 to optimize programs, read blueprints, and support shop floor with lean workflows, aiming for improved cycle times and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with InventorCAM, Fusion360 or MastercamX9.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with Fanuc-controlled machines.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program CNC mill and lathe operations.
• Use CAM software to create and optimize machining programs.
• Read blueprints and specs to ensure accuracy.
• Support processes on Fanuc-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs to improve cycle time.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists on processes.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste.
• Provide guidance on program intent when needed.
