Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Rhode Island seeks a senior technical leader to own and optimize precision CNC manufacturing across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and multi-axis turning.

You will translate CAD/CAM data into production-ready, efficient processes and mentor operations teams. You will drive DFM principles, set up tooling, and partner with engineering to meet tolerances and manufacturing requirements while scaling from prototype to full production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CNC machining with leadership.
• Experience across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and multi-axis turning.
• Design for manufacturability (DFM) and process standardization.
• Experience updating legacy programs to current standards.
• Mentoring and training production operators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust CNC programming and tooling plans.
• Lead NPI and scale production from prototype to full runs.
• Set up, program, and operate multi-axis milling/turning centers.
• Provide guidance on manufacturability and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet tolerances and specs.
• Create and optimize workholding fixtures and documentation.
