Tiffany & Co. in Cumberland, RI, is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our tooling team. The role involves creating and maintaining tools, fixtures, and molds to support jewelry manufacturing, with a focus on quality and precision.

You will operate manual and CNC machines, collaborate with the Toolroom Manager and cross-functional teams, and participate in continuous improvement while upholding our safety and 5S standards.

Formación

• Proficiency in tooling and toolroom processes is required.
• Ability to read and understand technical prints.
• English reading and writing at an intermediate level.
• Basic math skills for shop calculations.
• Ability to train, motivate and provide direction.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines (lathes, grinders, etc.).
• Fixture design and fabrication to support production.
• Assist in and propose continuous improvement to reduce labor and costs.
• Contribute to meeting production plans and deadlines.
• Participate in 5S and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
