Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with complex CNC operations.
• Fluent in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in G-code and CAM software programming.
• Experience with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed for specific components and production requirements.
• Operate CNC machines to produce components, closely monitoring machining processes, and making real-time adjustments for optimal performance and quality.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections using precision measurement instruments to ensure part dimensions and quality meet specifications.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and production teams to optimize machining processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency.
