• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints precisely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs for components (G-code and CAM).
• Operate CNC machines and monitor processes for quality and efficiency.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and production to optimize processes.
• Manage tool changes, offsets, and monitor tool life.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Document production records including part counts and logs.
