Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed for production, using G-code and CAM software.
• Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitor machining processes, and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Perform rigorous quality inspections using precision instruments to ensure part dimensions meet specifications.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and production teams to optimize processes and reduce cycle times.
• Manage tool changes, tool offsets, and tool life monitoring.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Document production records, part counts, machine logs, and quality data.
