Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering and production, mentor junior machinists, and pursue continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience as CNC machinist and programmer.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GibbsCam and CAD/CAM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAD/CAM software.
• Conduct quality inspections with precision measuring tools to ensure specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Train and mentor junior machinists on programming and best practices.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with protocols.
