Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Haas VF-6 3-axis mills.
• Develop and modify CNC programs using Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar CAM software.
• Read and interpret SolidWorks models, 3D designs, blueprints, and drawings.
• Perform manual machining, particularly on manual lathes.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and determine machining methods, feeds, and speeds.
• Manufacture custom prototypes and low-volume production runs (typically ≤20 parts).
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure parts meet specs and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
