Job summary

P3 Technologies in Florida seeks an experienced machinist to translate complex drawings into precise manufacturing plans. You may manually program or use Siemens NX CAM, generating clean G-code and prepping setups on a HAAS VF-2 with HRT210.

You will verify gauges, manage offsets, perform first article inspections with inspectors, and collaborate to ensure repeatable, high-quality production while adhering to ITAR and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma or equivalent; additional machining degree/certification preferred.
• Extensive experience reading complex drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in manual toolpaths or NX CAM, with G-code generation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a precision shop.

Responsibilities

• Translate drawings and work orders into a manufacturing plan and program as needed.
• Set up HAAS VF-2 with HRT210, fixtures, and tools; verify machine readiness.
• Generate G-code prior to machining and verify gauges calibration.
• Monitor tools, offsets, deburr, and inspect first-article parts with inspectors.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure repeatable processes and continuous improvement.
