You are a highly experienced CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer for an opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must have at least 10 years of hands‑on machining experience and demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming, CNC machine operation, and manual machining. The ideal candidate can independently program, set up, and operate machines, interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tooling, and manufacture precision custom parts with minimal supervision.

Employment Type: Temp-to‑Hire or Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $32–$50 per hour, depending on experience
