MRA-The Management Association in Menomonee Falls seeks a CNC Machinist for 1st Shift. The ideal candidate will program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, ensuring high precision in their work.

Qualifications

• CNC setup and programming experience is essential.
• Experience in Tool Room, Tool & Die, or job shop background preferred.
• Strong skills in reading blueprints and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
• Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Build fixtures and optimize machining setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects.
